Over 60 undergrads from Molecular Biosciences majoring in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and MCDB gave poster presentations of their research at the 28th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium, held on Friday, Apr 25, 2025 at Gray-Little Hall.  There were over 120 posters from undergraduate researchers from across KU, from the natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, and pharmacy.  KU faculty and graduate students served as poster judges.

The return to the in-person poster sessions of the KU Undergraduate Research Symposium was facilitated by the Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowship (CURF, Dawn Tallchief), and supported by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Dr. Maria Orive), Molecular Biosciences (Dr. Roberto De Guzman), Medicinal Chemistry (Dr. Zarko Boskovic), School of Pharmacy (Andre Faucher), Chemistry (Lindsey Roe), and Undergraduate Education (Anna Balmilero).
