Giving Back
Contributions to the Undergraduate Biology Program from alumni and friends are critical in our effort to provide students with an excellent scientific education. Giving to our general fund benefits multiple avenues including our students, scholarships, faculty development, research and facilities.
If you have questions about giving to Biology or would like to donate to a specific scholarship, please contact Sheri Hamilton, Senior Development Director and Team Lead at KU Endowment (shamilton@kuendowment.org. Thank you for your support and Rock Chalk!
Supporting scholarships helps make a KU degree possible for many biology students. Supporting student research provides new opportunities for discovery and allows great ideas to become answers to complex questions. Support for faculty brings increased mentorship, research opportunities, and innovative teaching practices in an exceptionally difficult budget environment. We welcome your support of the department and appreciate your investment in KU Undergraduate Biology.
